Ingredient

  • Brown sugar: 23g (3 plastic teaspoons)

  • Seasoning powder: 4g (2/3 teaspoon)

  • Chinsu Nam Ngư Fish Sauce: 4.5g (1 teaspoon)

  • MSG: 1.1g (1/4 teaspoon)

  • Lemon powder: 0.75g (1/6 teaspoon)

  • Chinsu Chili Sauce: 5g (2/3 teaspoon)

  • Chinsu Ketchup: 5g (2/3 teaspoon)

  • The seasoning packet and dried vegetable packet from Koreno Jumbo Kim Chi noodles

Unit: disposable plastic teaspoon.

SPICY BEEF NOODLES:
U.S. beef, sausage, hot pot balls, vegetables (enoki mushrooms, purple cabbage, cauliflower, sawtooth coriander).

SPICY SEAFOOD NOODLES:
Shrimp, squid, sausage, hot pot balls, vegetables (enoki mushrooms, purple cabbage, cauliflower, sawtooth coriander).

SPECIAL COMBINATION SPICY NOODLES:
Shrimp, U.S. beef, pork soft ribs (cartilage ribs), sausage, hot pot balls, vegetables (enoki mushrooms, purple cabbage, cauliflower, sawtooth coriander).

 


Prepare

Step 1: Boil 500ml of water.
Step 2: Add the seasonings to prepare the broth.
Step 3: When the water comes to a boil, add the noodle block of Koreno Jumbo Kim Chi.
Step 4: Add other ingredients according to each flavor and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 5: Turn off the heat. Add sawtooth coriander.
