  • Koreno Black Bean Sauce Noodles (Chajang)

  • Shrimp

  • Green mango

  • Carrot, fresh herbs

  • Lime, chili

  • Fish sauce


Prepare

Step 1: Prepare the noodles
Pour boiling water over the noodles for 4 minutes.
Add the seasoning and oil packets to a bowl along with 3 tablespoons of the noodle water to create the black bean sauce.
Drain the cooked noodles and mix them thoroughly with the sauce.

Step 2: Prepare the green mango shrimp salad
Boil the shrimp until cooked and peel them.
Thinly slice the green mango and carrot.
Make the salad dressing from fish sauce, sugar, lime, and chili.
Toss all the ingredients together.

Step 3: Serve
Plate the black bean noodles with the mango shrimp salad, garnish with fresh herbs as desired, and enjoy!
