    • 200g chicken breast

    • 100g shiitake mushrooms

    • 100g sweet corn kernels

    • 1 pack Koreno Premium Chicken Stew Flavor Noodles

    • Garlic, ginger, chili

    • Soy sauce


Prepare

Step 1:
Marinate the chicken breast, shiitake mushrooms, and sweet corn with 1/2 packet of Koreno seasoning for 30 minutes.

Step 2:
Boil the marinated ingredients in 500 ml of water for about 5 minutes. Be sure to skim off any foam that rises to the surface.

Step 3:
Remove the chicken, mushrooms, and corn, then drain well and set aside.

Step 4:
Add 2 cloves of garlic, a slice of ginger, a few chopped chili slices, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and the remaining 1/2 packet of seasoning into the broth. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add the noodle cake and cook for 4 minutes, following the instructions on the package.

Step 5:
Transfer the noodles to a bowl, arrange the chicken, mushrooms, and corn on top. Finish with a soft-boiled egg and a sprinkle of spring onions to make the bowl even more appetizing.
