Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new products and manage existing products for international markets (Cambodia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia).

  • Develop integrated marketing plans for assigned brands on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Work with agencies to execute integrated marketing communication campaigns and projects.
  • Develop new product launch plans and manage OEM product development projects according to overseas partners’ requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (factory, procurement, export, etc.) to ensure product timelines and progress.
  • Organize and conduct market research activities; collaborate with partners on large-scale research projects.
  • Collect and act as the focal point for processing feedback from markets, consumers, sales teams, and points of sale.
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance and brand business results to propose appropriate action plans.
  • Manage and coordinate team members (including ABM, designers, etc.).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in English.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Experience working in Vietnamese FMCG companies is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.

Working Time

Monday – Friday (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
